I do heart my boyfriend but I heart boyfriend jeans as well!Boyfriend Jeans are all the rage, and the perfect addition to any fashionistas wardrobe for the Spring and Summer. I purchased my first pair of boyfriend jeans from LOFT (formerly know as Ann Taylor LOFT) and I absolutely love them!
Boyfriend jeans give any outfit a cool and laid back look and are quite the comfy, yet on trend look when worn with a tank and ballet flats. But when paired with heels and a blazer the ensemble takes on a completely new look that is chic and sophisticated without looking too fussy.
There are several styles of boyfriend jeans, but the most popular ones are distressed and should have a slouchy look to them – like you just pulled them out of your boyfriend’s closet! They are usually rolled up to about mid-calf to resemble ankle pants, but they can always be worn rolled down. The boyfriend jeans that I recently purchased are a lean fit and have an overall slimmer silhouette to them, which is better for those that are more on the petite side.
