Are you hungry?

Although I don't consider myself to be a complete health nut, I am someone that is somewhat health conscious. I enjoy working out, eating organic, counting calories and all that good stuff. My refrigerator and pantry are always stocked with Morningstar Farms veggie products (love the black bean burger and veggie bbq ribs!), Skinny Cow ice cream, Kashi products and Lean Cuisines for the days that I don't want to cook....and of course we can't forget about the fresh fruits and vegetables!

I am always trying to find a way to eat what I love and watch my figure, so I am a total sucker for anything that is low fat, low calorie and sugar free. I was watching a repeat of the Rachel Ray show today, and was totally captivated by her guest Lisa Lillien, aka Hungry Girl.



Ms. Lillien has a series of books that feature our favorite high calorie dishes and drinks in low cal versions! Before the segment was over I was on my laptop reserving all of her books from my local library, and if I like the recipes I will certainly purchase the books in the near future.

Have any of you ladies tried the Hungry Girl recipes? What are some of your favorite low calories dishes/recipes? Please share, because I'd love to know!
